3. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information related to your project

• Supply content, images, and branding materials (unless otherwise agreed)

• Review drafts and provide feedback in a timely manner

• Make payments as agreed upon in the invoice or proposal

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you provide.

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins

• The balance is due upon project completion, prior to handover or website going live

• Additional revisions or scope changes may incur additional fees

• Payments are accepted via online banking, transfer, or other agreed methods

Late payments may delay project timelines or delivery.

5. Project Timelines

Estimated project completion timelines will be provided in writing. However, delays caused by missing content, late approvals, or scope changes may affect delivery dates.

CTS Technologies will not be liable for delays caused by client inaction or third-party providers.

6. Revisions and Changes

Each website project includes a limited number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal. Significant design changes or new features requested after approval may incur additional charges.

All changes must be clearly communicated in writing.

7. Ownership and Rights

• Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content provided by you

• We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio (unless otherwise agreed)

• Code, scripts, or proprietary tools developed by CTS Technologies remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred

8. Hosting & Maintenance

Hosting and maintenance services are not included unless explicitly stated. If you need assistance setting up hosting, we can recommend or manage it for you at an additional fee.

Ongoing updates, backups, or troubleshooting require a maintenance plan or hourly billing.

9. Third-Party Tools & Services

We may integrate third-party tools (e.g., Google Maps, analytics, plugins). We are not liable for the performance, reliability, or policy changes of any third-party service.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

• If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable

• If we cancel the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be offered

• No refunds are issued once a project is completed and delivered

11. Limitation of Liability

CTS Technologies is not responsible for any:

• Loss of business, data, or profits resulting from the use or inability to use the website

• Downtime, errors, or issues caused by third-party hosting providers

• Security breaches or hacks occurring after handover unless on a maintenance plan

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services provided.
